Audit Senior

What is expected of you?

• Lead client audit engagements from planning through to completion
• Execute financial audits in line with applicable accounting standards and reporting requirements
• Review financial statements and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and reporting frameworks
• Gain a strong understanding of clients' businesses and operational processes
• Liaise directly with client management to gather information, resolve issues, and provide recommendations for process improvements
• Manage multiple audit assignments while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Work closely with internal teams and support junior team members where required

What are you expected to bring?

• Fully ACCA qualified or holding an equivalent accounting qualification
• Minimum of 3 years' experience within an Audit role
• Strong understanding of audit procedures, financial reporting, and accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Maltese, written and spoken
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt within a fast-paced environment
• High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential information
• Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
