Corporate Services Executive

What is expected of you?

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients and handle their day-to-day corporate administration requirements
• Prepare and submit statutory filings with the Malta Business Registry
• Attend board meetings and prepare accurate minutes
• Coordinate the opening and closing of bank accounts while liaising with banking institutions
• Maintain statutory registers and company records in accordance with the Companies Act
• Liaise with lawyers, accountants, auditors, banks, and other service providers on behalf of clients
• Communicate with the Malta Business Registry and other regulatory authorities
• Collect, review, and maintain due diligence documentation in line with KYC requirements
• Monitor client files to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory obligations
• Maintain accurate records within internal systems and databases
• Ensure services are delivered within agreed deadlines and service level agreements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while keeping clients informed of relevant regulatory developments

What are you expected to bring?

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Corporate Services, Company Secretarial, or similar role within the corporate, legal, or financial services sectors
• A relevant qualification in Corporate Services, Law, Business, Finance, or a related field will be considered an asset
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple client portfolios
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service
• Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of Maltese corporate legislation and regulatory requirements will be considered an advantage
