Delivery Person

The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of products to customers while supporting the smooth operation of the distribution function.

What is expected of you?

• Pick, prepare, and load products for daily deliveries
• Carry out deliveries according to assigned routes and schedules
• Ensure products are transported and delivered safely and efficiently
• Collect empty crates, containers, or returnable items where required
• Verify delivery documentation and ensure accurate record keeping
• Load and unload products in a safe and professional manner
• Operate company vehicles in accordance with road safety regulations and company procedures
• Assist with warehouse and distribution activities when required
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicles
• Provide a professional and customer-focused service during deliveries
• Work closely with the Distribution Manager and wider team to ensure operational efficiency

What are you expected to bring?

• Valid C1 or C (Special) driving licence
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in Maltese and/or English
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, responsible, and professional approach to work
• Physically capable of loading, unloading, and handling products throughout the working day
• Ability to work independently while also contributing positively within a team environment

The following would be considered an asset:

• CPC qualification
• Previous experience operating forklift trucks
• Experience within a delivery, logistics, warehouse, or distribution environment
