Our client is expanding its Front of House team and is looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join a premium restaurant operation in Malta.

What is expected from you?

F&B Runner

• Support the service team by delivering food and beverages accurately and efficiently
• Ensure dishes are presented correctly before reaching guests
• Assist with table clearing and resetting
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout service
• Work closely with the kitchen and Front of House teams to ensure smooth operations

  F&B Server

• Deliver professional and attentive table service
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and confidently
• Recommend menu items and respond to guest enquiries
• Ensure guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience from arrival to departure
• Maintain excellent knowledge of the menu, beverages and daily specials

  Head Waiter

• Lead the service team during daily operations
• Ensure service standards are consistently maintained
• Support, train and mentor junior team members
• Resolve guest queries and ensure complete guest satisfaction
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and management to deliver seamless service

  Host

• Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression
• Manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements
• Maintain an organised waiting list during busy periods
• Provide guests with information about the restaurant and its services
• Work closely with the Front of House team to ensure a smooth guest journey

  F&B Supervisor

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and support the management team
• Lead, motivate and coach the Front of House team
• Ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence
• Monitor service quality and resolve guest concerns professionally
• Assist with staff training, scheduling and operational planning

  What are they looking for?

• Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment relevant to the role
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences
• A positive, friendly and customer-focused attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong team player who enjoys working within a busy, fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure
• A flexible approach to working evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Fluency in English, additional languages will be considered an asset
