Front Office Agent

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences. As the first point of contact for guests, you will provide a warm welcome, manage front desk operations, and ensure a smooth and professional service throughout every stage of the guest journey.

What is expected of you?

• Welcome guests warmly and provide a professional, personalised service
• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and room-related requests efficiently
• Provide accurate information about the property's services, facilities, and local attractions
• Respond promptly to guest enquiries and resolve concerns in a courteous and professional manner
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest and financial records
• Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Reservations, Food and Beverage, and other departments
• Ensure all guest requests and relevant information are recorded and followed up appropriately
• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional front desk area
• Follow company procedures, service standards, and health and safety requirements
• Support the wider Front Office team with any additional duties required to ensure a seamless guest experience
  

What are you expected to bring?

• Previous experience in a Front Office, Reception, Guest Relations, or customer service role is preferred
• Fluency in English, together with the ability to communicate in Polish, German, or French
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A warm, professional, and customer-focused approach
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence in handling guest enquiries, payments, and sensitive information
• The ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in a busy environment
• A well-presented and professional manner
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
