This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to develop their experience across recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, employee records, training, work permits, and general HR operations.

Reporting to the Human Resources Executive, the successful candidate will support the day-to-day running of the HR function while ensuring that employee documentation, HR systems, and statutory submissions are maintained accurately and within the required timeframes.

What is expected of you?

  • Support the full recruitment cycle, including preparing and posting job advertisements, screening applications, and coordinating interviews
  • Post vacancies on Jobsplus and other relevant recruitment platforms
  • Review CVs and forward suitable candidates to Hiring Managers for consideration
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and Hiring Managers
  • Prepare recruitment and new joiner documentation
  • Coordinate the onboarding process, including induction arrangements and completion of all required employee documentation
  • Create employee profiles on Talexio and provide access to the punch clock system
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information across Talexio and other HR records
  • Submit employee engagements and terminations through Jobsplus within the required deadlines
  • Communicate new joiners, employee changes, and terminations to payroll
  • Support monthly payroll preparation by ensuring that employee information, attendance records, and other relevant HR data are accurate and up to date
  • Manage the administration of Third Country Nationals, including applications, renewals, and updates through Jobsplus, Identità, and other relevant government portals
  • Monitor work permit documentation and follow up on outstanding information when required
  • Organise and track employee training while maintaining accurate training records
  • Assist with scheduling mandatory and company-required training
  • Act as the company's Health and Safety Representative, supporting the coordination of related training, documentation, and compliance activities
  • Respond to general HR enquiries from employees and candidates, escalating matters to the Human Resources Executive when appropriate
  • Provide general HR administrative support, including preparing correspondence, filing, record-keeping, and updating employee information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of employee and company information at all times
  • Carry out other reasonable HR or administrative duties required to support the effective operation of the department and company

What are you expected to bring?

  • Previous experience in an HR administration or similar position
  • A qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field will be considered an advantage
  • Good understanding of recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, and payroll preparation processes
  • Experience using Talexio, Jobsplus, Identità, or similar HR and government systems will be considered an asset
  • Familiarity with work permit administration and Third Country National applications is desirable
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Confidence when communicating with employees, candidates, Hiring Managers, and external authorities
  • A professional, discreet, and approachable manner
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information
  • Ability to work independently while supporting the wider HR team
