This is a high-trust, high-impact role requiring strong judgement, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

What is expected of you?

  • Managing a complex and dynamic calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritisation of meetings and commitments
  • Coordinating meetings end-to-end, including agendas, logistics, minute-taking, and follow-up on action points
  • Acting as a central communication point, screening, prioritising, and drafting correspondence
  • Preparing high-quality documents, presentations, reports, and briefing materials
  • Supporting administrative and financial processes, including expenses and invoice coordination
  • Maintaining structured and secure document management systems in line with GDPR and internal policies
  • Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the office environment
  • Managing interactions with clients, service providers, senior stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics
  • Supporting audits, regulatory reviews, internal projects, events, and business activities as required

What are you expected to bring?

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role supporting senior leadership
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity
  • Proactive, solutions-driven attitude with strong attention to detail
  • Confidence when dealing with senior stakeholders and external parties
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
  • Good understanding of confidentiality, data protection, and professional standards
