Tutor Incoming

Our client is a well-established international organisation operating in the fields of education, employment services, public administration, transnational mobility, and project consulting. They are currently seeking a Tutor Incoming Malta to support the successful delivery of international mobility programmes and ensure a positive experience for participants throughout their stay in Malta.

What is expected of you?

• Coordinate and support incoming mobility projects within Malta
• Manage relationships with accommodation providers, transport suppliers, and other local partners
• Act as the main point of contact for participants throughout their stay
• Organise and coordinate training activities, workshops, and project-related events
• Match employment and internship opportunities with project participants where required
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to participants during their mobility experience
• Monitor project activities and ensure smooth operational delivery
• Resolve logistical and operational issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to mobility programmes

What are you expected to bring?

• Academic qualification in a relevant field
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
• Flexibility and willingness to work towards objectives
• Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic and international environment
• Previous experience with European mobility programmes such as Erasmus+, VET, or Staff Mobility projects will be considered an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative tools
